Harris Style Martial Arts and Fitness was created with the idea of bringing life building fitness resources to you. As a result, a high percentage of our business is from repeat customers and referrals. I welcome the opportunity to earn your trust and deliver you the best service in the industry.

Location: Your Location!! As a Motivational Speaker, Personal Trainer, Martial Arts Specialist, Fitness Nutrition Specialist and Hip Hop Dance Instructor the resources and skills I have learned throughout the years will be brought to you.

Winter, Fall and Spring Hours: 

Evening Hours - Monday - Thursday: 6pm - 8p.m

Summer Hours - Monday - Thursday: 3pm - 7p.m

**New HSMAF Mobile Kids CAMP  - Do you have a backyard or park? kids/friends? Why not enroll them in our camp. We come to you and provide 1-2hours worth of great services you can choose from. Email or Call for booking or questions

 Hlarris style Martial Arts (Lightning Dragon Style) – With over fifteen years of comprehensive Martial Arts training and philosophy Sensei Harris fuses ancient Martial Arts with modern techniques to create a complete Mixed Martial Arts that will develop the human body through mental awareness, fitness, speed and practical martial application. You will be one of many who are keeping old traditions and are combining them with present concepts.

Self-Defense – When you walk down the street do you feel safe? Are you confident in your ability to defend yourself when the time comes? If you answered no, then join this class you will learn real self-defense techniques where you will be able to apply fast critical thinking, swift and precise movements that will have you safe and the attacker wishing they didn’t mess with you.

Muay Thai/Kick-boxing – From Thai-land to  your home brings one of the most dynamic and solid Martial Arts. Muay Thai is all about using you’re body as tools to strike and include clinching techniques to have the confidence to connect techniques and turn them into striking reflexes.

              FITNESS AND NUTRITION ADVISING

 

Nutrition Advising - Receive nutritional guidance and support for overall health, weight loss, and long-term weight management. Help them understand how energy balance, caloric needs, activity, metabolism, and food choices can affect their weight management attempts.

Empowerment - Learn how to read labels, recognize appropriate portion sizes, and make wise food choices that complement their goals and nutritional needs. And since I can’t be with your you 24/7, you’ll also receive access to handout materials, menu planners, and online resources to keep your clients on track.

              Zumba and Hip Hop Dance

 Infuses cultural and modern dance to promote leadership and expression, our class offers children and adults the opportunity to develop the ability to step out their comfort zone and stay fit.

           YOUTH/HEALTHY EMPOWERMENT​
 
Make exercise a positive experience. I help youth clients experience exercise success by designing activities specific to their ability levels and goals. Since youth can have different responses to exercise, I'll know how to choose appropriate modifications to keep the activities safe and enjoyable.

​Reverse the obesity trend. My methods create solutions to obesity by helping youths—and their parents— adopt a healthier lifestyle with exercise and nutritional guidance.

​Organization of youth exercise programs. I confidently train youth in groups or individually using the Optimum Performance Training™ (OPT™) model. I then modify programs to keep participants on task by creating challenging activities to meet the needs of various ability levels.
