Benifits of meditation

Often times we wake up and we go about our daily routine. During this time, we forget to contimplate our goals,future and the essence of who we are. Often times when we do think, it is only during times of stress. In most cases stress based thought only leads to a unresloved problem and more stress through over analyzing a thought rather than a soultion. What I welcome you to try is when you wake up you meditate. Sit in a area where you are relaxed and can breath whole heardidly. Through this process think about these phrases or questions. 1. Today will be a good day 2. What I do today will benifit my tomorrow 3. My goals are closer than they were yesterday 4. I will work hard, be happy and enjoy this day like there is no tomorrow. These pharases will help guide you and rewire your brain for possitive functions and chemical release. Before going to bed ask your self these questions and recite these phrases. 1. What were the positive moments of the day? 2. Tomorrow will be a wonderful day that surpasses this day. 3 How do I see myself in the future tomorrow, a week from now, a month, five months and a year?4 How will I get to that point?6 I am happy to go on this journey. 7 Tomorrow will be a great day. I hope this will help you all on your journey. By doing this form of meditation you will bask in the fruits of positive reinforcement, less stress, daily awareness and happier moments. Also remember meditation in this sense refers to progressive thought and wellness. By no means is this assosiated with a religious foundation but only progressive thought and wellness.
