Motivation Monday!!!!!

Did you make goals for yourself but it seems like things are not working out? I know I know, the weather is bad, its hard to eat and finding the time to exercise is impossible because of lack of motivation. Well thin...k about those times when you wish you could do what you already did. Yeah regardless of how hard things have gotten you have done a lot. Here is the thing you still have a lot to do. If your waiting for inspiration or even motivation it may never come. The reality is YOU! can make things happen at any time of your life. Yes, you have fallen maybe 8 times but like the proverb says fall 8 but get back 9. If your goal is to lose weight, get six packs, learn how to defend your self, learn how to break dance or just be a healthier person then believe and know you can do it. Remember while we all think we are the lone samurai or damsel in distress on a lonely journey the fact is you have help from me Mr. Harris and like minded people to also want to achieve there goals as well. So enough of the falling and lets stand up stronger than ever.
