Regardless of the task or goal at hand. We often mudder the phrase " I tried my best" but only one person can know if you really tried your best and thats you. Putting your all into any goal or tast makes the biggest difference than someone who tried and simply said " I tried my best". I encourage you not to abuse these phrases unless you put your heart, essence and courage into it. There will be times when you want to give up and skip a exercise or eat a burger but thats when you try harder and let will power/discipline guide your purpose. Try harder my friends!
